Ngo Tuan Siong

Ngo is the Executive Director and Managing Consultant of MIS & Associates Sdn Bhd. He has more than 35 years of consultancy experience in compensation studies and human resource management. He has extensive background in developing customized total remuneration programs (design or restructuring), job evaluation and performance appraisal management. He has conducted assignments for a wide range of companies (from medium-sized to large and diversified groups of local and multinationals). Prior to setting up MIS & Associates in 1981, he was a consultant with PA Consultants and headed the Compensation Division. Ngo holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Deena Abraham

Deena's hands-on approach to engaging with organizations comes from a career spanning more than 30 years mostly in Human Resource in multi industry local conglomerates and two multinationals in the food and chemical sectors. Her capability to advise, train, set up or strengthen Human Resource functional teams, processes, policies and development initiatives ranges from Operational HR (payroll, industrial relations, trade union activities, placement, on-boarding, HR systems, lay-offs, etc) to Strategic HR (manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent development, formalised succession management, compensation directions, etc). Her view is that learning is not an end in itself but an enabler to realise the immediate and long-term agenda for the organisation. Deena has a Masters Degree in Sociology from Loyola Institute of Social Sciences and a Certificate in Human Resources from UCLA.

Gan Yeelian

Yeelian is a Management Consultant with more than 30 years experience in engineering, consulting and management in Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. Her human resource consulting and training focuses are Strategic HR: HR to business alignment which includes organisation structure design, change management, people competencies to business performance management, succession planning and job and salary structures. She is also in due diligence studies and executive search. Clients are both local small medium enterprises and multinational conglomerates. She has B.Sc and M.Sc (both Engineering) from Salford and Dundee Universities.

Chan Wang Tak

Chan has in more than 30 years' experience in human resource management and consultancy. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincolnshire, UK. He is an experienced course facilitator, having conducted training for banks, commercial organizations, factories, GLCs both in management and specialised human resource management programs. In consultancy, he has serviced both multinationals and local conglomerates. He has served as a Panel Member of the Industrial Court of Malaysia, is presently an elected councillor of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management, and is one of its senior consultants. He is a Pakar Industri (PIND) under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran Series.
