4S - Salary Survey Supplementary System

4S is a special tool for compensation analysis, preparation of reports and presentation materials and backup.
Main features of 4S are as follows:
- to do 'peer group' cut for salary analyses i.e. select choice of companies / market
- to 'cut and paste' survey report sections easily using spreadsheet
- to prepare competitive positioning report (your company vs your defined market / competitors), i.e. special variance report
- to prepare graphics and presentation reports
- to do salary/increment trending for complete database
- to select and combine positions or/and MIS Job Grades in order to compile more general salary reports
- to analyse salary data based on selected statistics e.g. selected percentile, 65P
